We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect to lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. This role requires deep expertise in software architecture with a strong focus on backend systems while maintaining a solid understanding of frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will define architectural standards, guide engineering teams, and ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and industry best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and own end-to-end application architecture, including agentic AI frameworks for enterprise-grade applications across all channels, i.e. Web, Mobile, notifications - Define scalable, resilient, and secure backend architectures using modern architectural patterns and the latest AI technologies - Drive architectural decisions across microservices, APIs, event-driven systems, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms. - Establish architecture principles, coding standards, and development best practices. - Drive AI adoption at all levels - Design RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging, and integration strategies with internal and external systems. - Review and optimise application performance, scalability, reliability, and security. - Lead technology evaluations and recommend frameworks, platforms, and tools aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, DevOps, security, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Mentor senior engineers and development teams on architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices. - Conduct architecture reviews, design walkthroughs, and code reviews. - Ensure systems meet non-functional requirements including availability, fault tolerance, observability, maintainability, and compliance. - Drive cloud-native architecture adoption, CI/CD practices, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps initiatives. - Participate in technical roadmap planning and modernisation initiatives.
