JD: Member will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing the execution of highly complex software applications using a variety of modern technologies. You will be the driving force behind architecture and design decisions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, efficient, and secure solutions. This role also involves mentoring junior developers and ensuring the quality and integrity of the codebase. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and development of enterprise-level software solutions with expertise in **Java/JEE**, **Angular**, **Hibernate**, and **Spring** frameworks. - Develop RESTful services, SOAP web services, and integrate APIs using tools like **APIM**, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. - Drive the usage of modern development tools like **Maven**, **Git**, **GitHub**, and IDEs such as **IntelliJ**, **Eclipse**, or **STS**. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an **Agile/SCRUM** environment, delivering on-time software releases. - Implement unit tests with **JUnit** and integration tests using frameworks like **Robot Framework** to ensure a high-quality codebase. - Monitor and maintain the CI/CD pipeline using **Sonar**, **Azure**, and **Kibana** for monitoring logs and metrics. - Utilize **JIRA** for issue tracking and service ticket management, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and project tasks. - Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead debugging efforts to ensure uptime and performance. - Foster a collaborative environment by mentoring junior developers, offering guidance on best practices and technical problem-solving. - Participate in code reviews, ensuring coding standards and security practices are met. - Provide technical leadership in architecture and design discussions, recommending technology choices that align with business needs. **Required Skills and Experience:** - **Minimum 10 years** of hands-on experience in software development, with at least **3+years in a Architect role.** - **Define and own the end-to-end application architecture for enterprise solutions using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) and Angular.** - **Design scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems and responsive frontend architectures.** - **Establish coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for both Java and Angular teams.** - **Lead the microservices architecture, including API design, inter-service communication, and fault tolerance.** - Proficient in **Java/JEE** and **Spring** frameworks for building backend systems. - Strong experience with **Angular** and **JavaScript** for front-end development. - Extensive experience with **Hibernate** for ORM and database management. - Experience in designing and implementing **SOAP** and **RESTful web services**. - Expertise in using **Maven** for build automation and dependency management. - Familiarity with **Azure** cloud services, deployment, and monitoring tools. - Deep understanding of **version control** using **Git** and **GitHub**. - Experience with **Sonar** for code quality management and **Kibana** for log management. - Ability to write and maintain automated tests with **JUnit**. - Knowledge of **JIRA** for managing sprint backlogs, service tickets, and project management tasks. - Strong familiarity with **SCRUM** methodologies, with hands-on experience leading agile development teams. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with **SOAREPO** for artifact management. - Experience with **Kibana** and other logging/monitoring tools. - Knowledge of security best practices in software development and deployment. - Experience in mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative environment.
