Job Title: Java Full Stack Architect **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Java Full Stack Architect** to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining technology architecture, guiding development teams, and ensuring solutions align with organizational standards and long-term business objectives. This role requires strong hands-on expertise, deep architectural knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver robust, cloud-ready solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Architect and lead the **planning, design, and development** of enterprise-grade applications using Java Full Stack technologies. - Work closely with **Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering Teams** to understand functional and non-functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Define and ensure adherence to **architectural standards, design principles, and best practices** across projects. - Drive the design and implementation of **Microservices-based architectures**, including end-to-end UI and API integrations. - Provide technical leadership in **system integration, scalability, performance tuning, and security**. - Review application designs and code to ensure quality, maintainability, and compliance with coding standards. - Guide teams on **cloud-native development, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization strategies**. - Mentor and support development team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. - Contribute to **technical innovation**, proof-of-concepts, and evaluation of new tools and frameworks. - Support merging of multiple code bases and standardization across different project streams. **Mandatory Technical Skills** - Strong hands-on experience in **Java 8+**, **Spring Framework**, **Spring Boot**, **Spring Security**, and **Spring Batch**. - Proven experience in **Microservices Architecture**, including REST-based APIs and service orchestration. - Extensive knowledge of **UI frameworks** such as **Angular** (preferred); Sencha / ExtJS is a plus. - Strong understanding of **API protocols**: REST, gRPC, and GraphQL. - Experience with **unit testing frameworks** such as **JUnit and Mockito**, with a focus on test-driven development. - Experience in **database design and development**, including RDBMS and NoSQL databases: - Oracle / MySQL / PostgreSQL - MongoDB - Knowledge of **caching technologies** and performance optimization techniques. - Hands-on experience with **containerization technologies** such as **Docker** and **Kubernetes/EKS**. - Experience working with **cloud-native CI/CD tools and pipelines**.
