Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Java Developer / Technical Lead with 9-15 years of experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, React.js, Apache Kafka, AWS/Azure Cloud, and modern DevOps practices. The candidate will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications while leading technical discussions, mentoring teams, and driving best engineering practices. Primary Skills • Java 8/11/17/21 • Spring Boot • Spring MVC, Spring Security • Microservices Architecture • RESTful APIs • Angular (10+ preferred) • React.js with Redux Mandatory • Apache Kafka Mandatory • JPA/Hibernate • SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL/Oracle) • AWS or Azure Cloud • Docker, Kubernetes (preferred) • Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD • OAuth2, JWT Authentication Key Responsibilities • Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using Java • Build scalable Microservices and REST APIs following industry best practices. • Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using Angular and React.js. • Design and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka. • Integrate front-end applications with backend services and third-party APIs. • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making. • Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2 and JWT. • Work with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure for application deployment and management. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Docker. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments. • Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects. • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while ensuring high application availability. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, MCA, or related field. • 9-15 years of software development experience. • Strong hands-on experience in Java and Spring ecosystem. • Experience with Microservices-based architecture and distributed systems. • Expertise in Angular and/or React.js development. • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka messaging systems. • Strong understanding of Design Patterns, OOP principles, and SOLID principles. • Experience with relational databases and query optimization. • Knowledge of containerization using Docker and cloud deployment strategies. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Camunda BPM or workflow engines. • Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift. • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, E-commerce, or SaaS products. • Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor. • Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure). Nice to Have • Struts migration projects. • Event-driven and message-based system design. • High-volume transaction processing systems. • Performance tuning and application modernization initiatives.
