We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in **ReactJS and Spring Boot Microservices** to join a strategic enterprise data platform initiative. The ideal candidate should be passionate about developing scalable applications from scratch, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to understand business requirements beyond technical implementation. Since the application is being built from the ground up, candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced product engineering environment with significant stakeholder visibility. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using **Java, Spring Boot, and ReactJS**. - Build and enhance responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using **ReactJS/NextJS.** - Develop and consume **RESTful APIs** and microservices-based solutions. - Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Engineering teams. - Participate in application design discussions and contribute to technical decisions. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into high-quality technical solutions. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across front-end and back-end layers. - Work across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including development, testing, deployment, and production support. - Take ownership of Jira stories and deliver features with high quality and efficiency. - Collaborate within cross-functional pods consisting of UI, Backend, and Full Stack developers. **Required Technical Skills:** **Backend (Mandatory)** - Strong experience in **Java** - Hands-on expertise with **Spring Boot** - Experience designing and developing **Microservices** Architecture - REST API - Spring Data JPA / Hibernate - Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles - Experience with SQL/Relational Databases **Frontend (Strong Preference)** - Extensive experience in **ReactJS** - Experience with NextJS is highly desirable - **JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript** - HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design - State management libraries (**Redux/Context API**) **Cloud & DevOps Exposure (Good to Have)** - CI/CD concepts and deployment processes - Docker and Kubernetes exposure - Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP - Git, Maven, Jenkins, SonarQube **Desired Candidate Profile:** - Strong coding fundamentals and data structures knowledge. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to understand end-to-end application architecture. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working on both front-end and back-end components. - Ability to debug issues across multiple technology layers. - Self-driven and able to take ownership of deliverables. - Experience working on large-scale enterprise applications is preferred.
