The ideal candidate should possess excellent coding, debugging, problem-solving, and application design skills, with a solid understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable enterprise applications, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to architecture and design discussions. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications. - Build responsive and scalable front-end applications using React.js. - Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java technologies. - Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues. - Apply strong debugging techniques to identify and fix production issues. - Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and code reviews. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills - 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Development. - Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and related frameworks. - Strong expertise in React.js. - Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms. - Strong debugging and analytical problem-solving skills. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable applications. - Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and modern development practices. - Experience with databases and version control systems.
