**Job Description & Summary:** We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer / Tech Lead with 4–8 years of experience in Java Full Stack development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, frontend technologies, cloud/platform exposure, and strong client communication skills. Candidates should have solid experience in building scalable applications, working in Agile teams, and supporting deployment pipelines across environments. **Job Position Title:** Senior Associate\\_Java Full Stack Developer\\_Data and Analytics\\_Advisory\\_ Bangalore **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications - Build backend services and REST APIs using **Java and Spring Boot** - Work on frontend components as needed - Write and optimize SQL queries - Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions - Support deployments and troubleshoot issues across Dev/Test/Staging/Production - Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD activities - Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical discussions **Mandatory skill sets:** - Strong **Computer Science fundamentals** including **data structures, algorithms, databases, and distributed systems** - Experience with **HTML** / **JavaScript / React JS /Angular/jQuery** for full stack development - Strong expertise in **Java software development** - Must have hands-on experience in **Java 8** ; **Java 11 preferred** - Strong experience in **Spring Boot** - Ability to design and develop **REST APIs/Microservices** - Good understanding of **SQL** - Experience working with **AWS/Azure** - Understanding of container/platform technologies such as **Docker, Kubernetes** - Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices: - Agile methodologies - Coding standards - Code reviews - Source control management - Build processes - Test automation - CI/CD pipelines - Working knowledge in solid **project & client** - Excellent **client communication skills** - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and design skills - Knowledge of secure coding and best development practices **Preferred skill sets:** - Modern Stack: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, OAuth2, JWT, OWASP Top 10, SonarQube, JUnit, Mockito, observability tools, Java 17/21, and GenAI-assisted engineering practices. - Ability to troubleshoot issues across the **CI/CD pipeline** **Years of experience required:** 4-8 years **Education qualification:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (60% above)
