Role JAVA Full Stack Technical Lead Experience 8-15+ Years Location-PAN INDIA Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern enterprise applications. The candidate will provide technical leadership, guide development teams, establish engineering best practices, and deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions across web, mobile, and API ecosystems. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end application development and solution implementation. - Design and develop scalable front-end and backend applications. - Define application architecture, coding standards, and engineering best practices. - Lead technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture reviews. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams. - Drive cloud adoption, DevOps implementation, and application modernization initiatives. - Mentor developers and support capability building within teams. - Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. - Manage technical risks, dependencies, and release planning. - Support solutioning, estimation, and technical proposal development.
