Job description

We are seeking an experienced **Java Technical Lead** with a strong background in **Healthcare domain applications** to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and enterprise application development, along with the ability to lead technical initiatives, perform code reviews, and mentor team members. Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred, particularly in areas such as Claims, Benefits, Provider, Member, Eligibility, Enrollment, Clinical Systems, or Healthcare Data Integration. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications. - Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code following industry best practices. - Gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose technical solutions. - Create and execute unit tests and API tests. - Collaborate with CI/CD teams to support automated deployments. - Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with Product and Business teams. - Ensure applications meet quality, security, and performance standards. - Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards. - Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 6+ years of overall IT experience. - 6-8 years of hands-on Java development experience. - Minimum 4 years of experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot. - Minimum 2 years of experience with Middleware/Service Orchestration. - Strong experience in REST APIs and Microservices architecture. - Experience in performance tuning, optimization, and monitoring. - Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
