Java Production support Engineer

Job Summary We are looking for a **Java Production Support Engineer** with strong experience in **handling live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting**. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production environments**. Key Responsibilities - Provide **L2/L3 production support** for Java-based applications - Handle **production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues** - Perform **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and implement fixes - Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.) - Work on **deployment support and release activities** - Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes - Ensure **application stability, performance, and uptime** Required Skills - Strong experience in **Java / J2EE** - Hands-on experience in **Spring Boot / Microservices** - Good knowledge of **REST APIs** - Experience in **production support / incident management** - Understanding of **SQL / databases** (Oracle, MySQL, etc.) - Exposure to **Unix/Linux commands** - Familiarity with **log monitoring tools** (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace) Good to Have - Experience with **Angular or React** - Exposure to **CI/CD tools** (Jenkins, Git) - Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure) - ITIL or ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)**Role & responsibilities**
