**About the Company** We are a fast-growing technology organization focused on building scalable, high-performance enterprise solutions using modern technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS Cloud. **About the Role** We are hiring experienced Java Spring Boot Microservices Developers to join our dynamic engineering team. This opportunity is part of a Walk-in Drive in Pune on 4th July 2026. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in developing scalable applications using Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and AWS services. **Responsibilities** - Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot - Build and maintain RESTful APIs - Work with AWS cloud services for deployment and monitoring - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) - Ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications - Debug and resolve production issues - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions **Qualifications** - 4 to 12 years of relevant experience in Java development **Required Skills** - Strong experience in Java (4–12 years) - Hands-on experience with Spring Boot & Microservices architecture - Experience in REST API development - Knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.) - Strong understanding of Java 8+, multithreading, collections - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (preferred) - Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices - Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ (good to have) **Preferred Skills** - Experience in distributed systems - Knowledge of Spring Cloud, Eureka, API Gateway - Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus) - Agile/Scrum experience **Pay range and compensation package** Competitive salary as per industry standards **Equal Opportunity Statement** We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
