Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have • Core Java • System design • Java 8 +, Spring Boot, REST API and Microservices development with hands-on coding experience • Concept of OOPs • Data structures implementation and optimization • Multi-threading, concurrency, and error-handling • Circuit breaker • Machine coding • Microservice communication (Sync & Async) Good-to-Have • Databases-MySQL/Oracle. MongoDB etc. • Unit Testing JUnit • Exposure to Linux/Unix dev environments • Leadership skills to handle a team - Cloud Native
