Java Support Engineer

Job description

**Key Skills & Requirements** - 6+ years of hands-on experience with **Java 11+** and related technologies. - Strong expertise in **Spring** and **Spring Boot** . - Hands-on experience with **AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, and Kubernetes** . - Expertise in **Terraform** for Infrastructure as Code. - Strong experience with **Apache Kafka** and messaging infrastructure. - Experience using **GitHub Copilot** for spec-driven development. - Proficiency in **SQL, PostgreSQL, and DynamoDB** . - Proven experience in **production support** , incident management, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis in enterprise environments. - Hands-on experience with **Splunk** and log analysis. - Exposure to **TDD, JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber** , and regression testing. - Good understanding of **CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, application resiliency, and security best practices** . **Key Responsibilities** - Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes. - Monitor application health and analyze logs using Splunk. - Collaborate with development, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and continuous improvement.
