Job description

**Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Java Technical Lead + AWS** with strong expertise in **AWS Cloud, Java technologies, and cloud migration initiatives**. The ideal candidate will drive cloud transformation programs, lead technical teams, guide solution design, and ensure successful delivery of scalable cloud-native applications. This role requires hands-on experience across AWS services, Infrastructure as Code, container platforms, and modern application architectures. Banking or Financial Services domain exposure will be a strong advantage. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead enterprise cloud migration and modernization initiatives on AWS. - Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS services. - Provide technical leadership for Java-based applications and microservices. - Guide development teams in story grooming, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical solutioning. - Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate new technologies and frameworks. - Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams. - Mentor and coach team members on architecture, design patterns, and engineering best practices. - Drive infrastructure automation using Terraform and Ansible. - Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud solutions. - Participate in architectural reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
