**AVP – Java Technical Lead | Mumbai** We’re looking for a seasoned **hands-on Java Technical Lead** to join our Capital Markets team in Mumbai. If you’re passionate about building scalable systems and leading high-performing engineering teams, this could be a great opportunity to make an impact. **What you’ll own:** - Lead architecture, design and end to end delivery of complex platforms - Drive engineering excellence across microservices and cloud native systems - Mentor team while staying deeply hands-on **What you should bring:** - 12+ years of strong hands on Java Full Stack experience - Expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kubernetes - Strong front end (Angular, RxJS, Typescript) - Experience with SQL, distributed databases, MVC architecture and automation frameworks. - Practical experience on scalability, reliability and stability of the application. - Architecturally enhancing / Re-designing applications which are already live. - Experience of working with build tools like Maven & DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins, SonarQube. - Development experience of MVC Architecture based web applications, including creation of Web Services (RESTful APIs/ SOAP Services). 📍 Location: **Mumbai** If you are ready to lead from the front and build at scale, let’s connect. #Hiring #JavaFullStack #TechLeadership #MumbaiJobs #CapitalMarkets #Microservices #Kubernetes
