**Job Title: Tech Lead Java Full Stack (Angular + AWS)** **Location:** PAN India **Experience:** 8–12 Years **Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners / Up to 30 Days Preferred **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced **Java Full Stack Tech Lead** to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in **Java, Angular, and AWS Cloud**, along with experience leading development teams and driving technical excellence. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead a team of developers in designing and developing scalable Java Full Stack applications. - Drive technical design, architecture, and implementation using Java, Angular, and AWS. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver robust technical solutions. - Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor development teams. - Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. - Ensure application scalability, security, and high availability. - Follow Agile development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend best practices. **Required Skills** - Strong experience in **Core Java, Java 8/11/17** - Hands-on experience with **Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs, Microservices** - Strong expertise in **Angular (8+/10+/12+/14+)** - Hands-on experience with **AWS Cloud** (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM) - Experience with **SQL/Oracle/PostgreSQL/MySQL** - Knowledge of **Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, CI/CD** - Experience with **Docker & Kubernetes** is preferred. - Strong understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and software development best practices. - Experience leading teams and mentoring developers. **Preferred Skills** - Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Education** - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field. - Master's degree in Software Engineering or related discipline is an added advantage. **Location** **PAN India** **Notice Period** **Immediate Joiners or candidates serving up to 30 days' notice will be preferred, Interested candidate share CV to Pelluru.vikhil1@genpact.com**
