Java Technical Manager

Job description

We are looking for a Java Technical Manager with strong expertise in latest Java versions (Java 17/21), Spring Boot, Microservices, and Enterprise Application Design & Architecture. The candidate should lead technical teams, drive architecture and design discussions, define development standards, and oversee the delivery of scalable, high-performance applications. Experience in system design, cloud-native architectures, REST APIs, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and Agile methodologies is essential. Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills are required. Role & responsibilities **Required Skills:** - Latest Java versions (Java 17/21) - Spring Boot - Microservices Architecture - Application Design & Solution Architecture - RESTful API Development - System Design & Design Patterns - Oracle/SQL Databases - CI/CD and DevOps Practices - Agile/Scrum Methodologies - Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management **Good to Have:** - Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) - Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, MQ) - Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) - API Gateway and Security Frameworks - Performance Tuning and Application Modernization **Domain Requirement:** - Candidates **must have Banking/Financial Services domain experience** with exposure to enterprise-scale applications and digital transformation initiatives. - Strong Payments Domain experience **Experience:** 1015 Years.
