**Role: Red Hat JBoss Administrator** **Experience: 6-8 Years** **Location: Navi Mumbai/Mumbai/Chennai** **Required Skillset:** **Red Hat JBoss and Red Hat OpenShift** Linux **Must Have:** **Red Hat JBoss Administrator** responsible for installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting **Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (JBoss EAP)** on **Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)** systems. **Responsibilities:** **Installation and Setup:** Deploy and configure JBoss instances in both Standalone and Managed Domain architectures on RHEL **Configuration & Deployment**: Manage JDBC datasources, Java Virtual Machine (JVM) tuning, logging subsystems, and messaging resources **Clustering & Load Balancing:** Set up and manage application clustering, high availability, and load balancing for enterprise scale **Security & Patching:** Apply role-based access control, secure communication (SSL/TLS), and handle regular patch updates on the underlying RHEL OS **Monitoring & Troubleshooting:** Use management CLI and monitoring tools to resolve bottlenecks, memory leaks, and application deployment failures **Linux Proficiency:** Strong grasp of RHEL file systems, user management, networking, shell scripting, and performance tuning **Good-to-Have:** **Red Hat Certified Specialist in Enterprise Application Server Administration** (formerly known as RHCJA) certified Engineer
