As part of the multibillion-dollar diversified CKA Birla Group, Birlasoft with its 12,000+ professionals, is committed to continuing the Group’s 170-year heritage of building sustainable communities. - About the Job – Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios. - Job Title – JDE Finance - Location: Bangalore/Pune/Mumbai/Noida/Hyderabad/Chennai - Educational Background – BE/Btech - Key Responsibilities – - Learn Client ERP Configuration/Implementation content to prepare for the Trainings. - Prepare training content to be delivered to trainees/Users for client process and the new JDE UDO/Features. - Provide JDE transactional training for Client resources to complete system transactions in a classroom training format for the Sales and Distribution functional areas (May need to take up the training for other JDE functional areas too with the help of project teams) - Training to be provided in a classroom training format at Client location. - Define mechanisms for gathering feedback from trainees and stakeholders. - Assess the training adequacy under the leadership of Client team. - Define processes for incorporating feedback into ongoing and future training sessions. - Evaluating the success of the training efforts. - Identification of potential risks and mitigation strategies. - Excellent in oral and written communication in English and French - Expert in JD Edwards Sales, Distribution, Inventory, Advanced Pricing, Advance Warehouse and Transportation Modules - Experience in Implementation, Upgrade, Rollout and Production Support, Knowledge of Localization in France/Europe regions - Additional experience to JDE Finance Module will be preferred - No Travel Constrains
