**Roles and Responsibilities** - Manage daily operations of the jewelry store, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. - Oversee a team of sales associates, providing guidance and training to improve their skills and product knowledge. - Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, display management, and store appearance to create an inviting shopping environment. - Develop strategies to increase sales revenue through effective inventory management, promotions, and marketing initiatives. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. **Desired Candidate Profile** - Strong understanding of floor management principles and practices. - 2-4 years of experience in retail management or related field (jewelry industry preferred). - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel). - Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (sales reports) . - Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
