Job description

Hi, We are looking for 5+ Years of experience / Location; Chennai / Mumbai. a. **6+ recent years** of experience of designing and developing solutions on the Jira platform, including creation and modification of projects, workflow, interfaces and any other customization required to support **Agile** processes b. **6+ recent years** of experience configuring and customizing all aspects of Jira such as: a. **System Configuration:** Create and manage complex projects, workflows, custom fields, screens, and permission/notification schemes. b. Proficiency in **Jira Query Language** (JQL), c. **User Management:** Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions to ensure security and compliance. d. **Maintenance & Optimization:** Monitor system performance, perform upgrades, maintain integrity, and manage apps/plugins from the Atlassian Marketplace. e. **Support & Training:** Provide technical support to users, create documentation, and train teams on new functionality. f. **Workflow Automation:** Develop automated rules and tailor Jira to support Agile methodologies or service management teams. g. **Confluence** configurations: configuration confluence pages and account management. h. AI usage in Jira Managing project technical delivery.
