Country/Region: IN Requisition ID: 37642 Work Model: Position Type: Salary Range: Location: INDIA - BENGALURU - BIRLASOFT OFFICE # **Title:** **Jira Support - Technical Lead-Cloud & Infra Engg** Description: ## **Area(s) of responsibility** **Activities:** - Administer and support Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management platforms - Design and maintain workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations - Implement and maintain automation to reduce manual effort - Support incident, request, agile, and portfolio use cases - Build and maintain dashboards and reports for operational and management needs - Manage integrations with external tools (e.g., CI/CD, ITSM, reporting tools) - Ensure platform governance, documentation, and best practices - Provide L2/L3 support and collaborate with vendors and internal teams - Support Tech Operating Model, enabling transitions, migrations and support audit activities **Key deliverables:** - Configured and optimized Jira and Confluence environments - Well documented workflows, templates, and standards - Automated rules and reduced manual operations - Dashboards and reports supporting decision‑making - Knowledge base and operational runbooks
