Job description

**Job Purpose** Person has to prepare various drawings on ACAD for the projects of Architecture / Interior pertaining to Residential and Offices projects. ****ORGANISATION CHART**** This position will report to Manager - Architect **Key Accountabilities** Will be working closely with architects in the team to prepare detailed, accurate drawings from rough sketches. Should demonstrate exceptional skills using computer-aided drawing tools – ACAD, Excel and Powerpoint presentation. Should have good knowledge of required set of drawings and the information in it for an Architecture / Interior for residential projects. Should have understanding for the details and ability to draw them properly. Will be communicating with Contractors / vendors for information whenever required. Will be working on estimates / BOQs with the team members. Should have collbarative skills. **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details** ****EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS**** - Periodic interactions with Customer (AAI) - Technical discussions with Project Designer for all architectural, structural, MEP works (HoK) - Statutory Approvals from authorities like Electrical inspector, Lift inspector, Local fire authority, Pollution control board, etc. - All the contractors, sub-contractors and vendors. - All external auditors ****INTERNAL INTERACTIONS**** Architects/ Internal Team Members/ Senior Management / Contracts & Legal / HR & Compliances ****FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS**** **Other Dimensions** ****EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS**** Diploma in Architecture / interiors draughting. **Relevant Experience** 5-7 years of relevant experience ****COMPETENCIES**** - Entrepreneurship - Capability Building - Social Awareness - Planning & Decision Making - Execution & Results - Strategic Orientation - Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking - Networking - Personal Effectiveness - Teamwork & Interpersonal influence - Stakeholder Focus
