Your responsibilities will include conducting archival research, writing reports, archiving company records, extracting key stories and achievements, and managing the day-to-day operations of the archives. Strong language skills, especially in spoken and written English, are essential for effective communication with stakeholders. Additionally, proficiency in MS Suite, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with cloud systems are required for this role. **Roles \& Responsibilities** • You will be responsible for conducting research in archival materials to gather historical information relevant to the organization. • You will be responsible for compiling research findings into comprehensive reports and summaries for internal use. • You will be responsible for managing the archival documentation process, including cataloging, indexing, and preserving company records. • You will be responsible for ensuring the organization and accessibility of archived materials for reference and research. • You will be responsible for writing reports, articles, and summaries based on archival research findings, highlighting key stories and achievements. • You will be responsible for extracting significant events and accomplishments from historical records. • You will oversee the daily operations of the archives, including organizing and maintaining archival materials. • You will be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to fulfill archival requests and provide access to materials. • You will be responsible for coordinating with executives, employees, and external researchers to understand archival needs. • You will be responsible for providing support and assistance to stakeholders seeking access to archival materials. • You will be responsible for maintaining IT literacy for efficient archival management and utilizing technology solutions. Implementing systems to enhance archival processes and access to materials. • You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with archival standards, best practices, and legal requirements. • You will be responsible for liaising with Corporate Communications to regularly acquire archival materials relevant to the organization's history and activities. • You will be responsible for managing the physical maintenance and upkeep of the archives, including implementing housekeeping schedules to ensure proper organization and preservation of materials. • You will be responsible for providing research support for Corporate Communication History Projects or top management history requests, assisting in gathering relevant historical information and documentation. **Qualifications** **Educational qualification:** Post Graduation History or a professional degree or equivalent in Archiving. **Minimum work experience:** 1-3 years of experience in archival research, documentation, and management, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting. **Skills \& attributes: Technical Skills** • Understanding/Awareness of Indian pharmaceutical industry. • Exposure to media houses, indicating familiarity with media operations, communication channels, and industry practices. • Ability to write about corporate history in social media and other required Corporate Communication Channels • Strong language skills -- especially in spoken and written English, working knowledge of Telugu desirable, ability to coordinate and communicate with Managers across Company Verticals to gather and collate archival material. • Ability to network with other Corporate Archives and allied institutions. • Work well with a team under tight deadlines. **Behavioural skills** • Skills in networking and building relationships, fostering connections beneficial to the role. • Ability to learn quickly, ada
