**Job Purpose** Assist Shift-in Charge Manage processes/resources at the airside as mandated in DGCA/ICAO regulations and GGIAL Standard Operating Procedures of in a pro-active manner to ensure the safe and efficient conduct of Airside operations at Goa, Mopa International Airport. Ensure compliance to the conditions of Aerodrome License by way of regular inspections, resolution of observations and enforcement of safety regulations. ****ORGANISATION CHART**** - Head-Airside Operations-GM - Shift Incharge-ASO-Manager - Executive- ASO-Junior Manager **Key Accountabilities** **Accountabilities** **Performance Indicators** - Airside Resource Management - Ensure availability of all airside resources viz. Runway, Taxiways, Parking stands, AGL, PBBs, VDGS, BMA, BBA etc. at all times. - Serviceability state of all resources - Inspections - Carryout mandated and ad-hoc inspections of maneuvering aeras/movement areas/perimeter/RANADS site/Airside installations to ensure safe and expeditious aircraft operations - No. Inspections - No of hazards identified - No. of observations closed - Surveillance - Ensure surveillance of all aircraft movement/ activities on the apron and service roads - No. of proactive reporting of hazards/communication error/reduction of safety clearances/deviation from SOPs. - Enforcement - Enforcement of ICAO and DGCA regulations at Airside - Enforcement of GGIAL Airside Safety Regulation - No. of Violations Raised - No. of resolutions **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details** ****EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS**** DGCA Ministry of Civil Aviation Airlines ATC Ground Handlers and Service Providers ****INTERNAL INTERACTIONS**** - All GGIAL Functional Team like IT/Procurement/Commercial &BD/ HR, MAG, Project Management Team, CR, etc - AOCC - ARFF - P&E - Security Team ****FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS**** - Support effective management of AOP/Budget **Other Dimensions** - Interaction with various stakeholders/service providers/Airlines etc. **Education Qualifications** - Any Graduate preferably Engineering Graduate - Accredited program in Airport Operations and Management desirable - Must possess valid LMV driving license **Relevant Experience** - 2-5 years’ experience in ATC/Airside Operations - Proficient in MS Office, Internet usage - Proficient in Aerodrome Design and Operations, ICAO documents, and DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements with specialized knowledge of Annex 14, DGCA CAR-Section 4 Series B Part I, Doc 9157, Doc 9137, Doc 9859, as well as aviation and airport standards, policies and practices. ****COMPETENCIES**** - Aeronautical Information Systems (Practitioner) - Framework of Aerodrome Licensing (Practitioner) - Wildlife Hazard Control (Practitioner) - Global Reporting Format Knowledge (GRF) (Practitioner) - Runway Operations (Practitioner) - Airside Vehicle Operations (Practitioner) - Apron Management & Operations (Practitioner) - Cargo Operations (Practitioner) - Airfield Work In Progress (Practitioner) - Aerodrome Emergency Plan & Procedure (Practitioner) - Visual Aids Management (Practitioner) - Aerodrome Physical Characteristics Understanding (Practitioner) - Low Visibility Procedures (LVP) & Night Operations (Practitioner) - Safety Management Systems (Practitioner) - Entrepreneurship - Capability Building - Social Awareness - Planning & Decision Making - Execution & Results - Strategic Orientation - Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking - Networking - Personal Effectiveness - Teamwork & Interpersonal influence - Stakeholder Focus
