**Job Purpose** The Executive-Cash Application will be required to manage cash application processes from the SSC. He will be responsible for: Receiving and applying remittances Analysing open items & Correspondences with the Commercial team for clarification and closure ****ORGANISATION CHART**** Associate Manager -Cash Application --> Team Member | Cash Application --> Reports To --> Position Title **Responsibilities** ****KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**** **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** Operations: Support the Associate Manager- Cash Application in the day to day operations activities Ensure Timely completion of the Unapplied cash applications Liaise with Commercial team for timely information on remittances received from customers Monitor all open work items & Resolve all open issues Ensure completion of tasks as per the performance TAT’s set by the management - Number of cash applications per month per FTE - % unapplied cash receipts - Turn-around Time for cash application Process Improvements Ability to identify gap’s in the existing OTC processes Suggesting improvements to AR-Associate Manager where opportunities exist - Change Requests/Initiatives logged by the team **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details** ****EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS**** No Interaction. ****INTERNAL INTERACTIONS**** Stake holders/ Business User Team Provide responses to queries raised by to internal/external stakeholders Internal SSC Team Reach out to other SSC team members for quick resolution of open issues & escalations GMR IT Taxation/Secretarial ****FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS**** None **Other Dimensions** None **Education Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in any subject Additional Finance certification will be an advantage **Relevant Experience** 4-6 years’ work experience in Accounts & Commercial (Finance) ****COMPETENCIES**** - Entrepreneurship - Capability Building - Social Awareness - Planning & Decision Making - Execution & Results - Strategic Orientation - Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking - Networking - Personal Effectiveness - Teamwork & Interpersonal influence - Stakeholder Focus - Transactional Financial Reporting (Practitioner) - F and A- Order-to-Cash (O2C) (Practitioner) - Compliance and Risk Management (Practitioner)
