Job description

We are looking for a **Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Juniper Mist and wireless networking**. The role involves supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise WLAN environments, managing Mist cloud dashboards, access points, and assisting in network operations across LAN/WAN infrastructure. **Role & responsibilities** - Manage and support **Juniper Mist wireless infrastructure**, including access points, WLAN configurations, and cloud dashboard operations. - Perform **wireless troubleshooting**, issue analysis, and resolution related to connectivity, performance, roaming, RF, and access point issues. - Configure and monitor **SSID, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, authentication, and access policies**. - Support deployment, migration, and maintenance of **Mist APs and wireless network environments**. - Work on **LAN/WAN troubleshooting**, routing, switching, and basic network operations. - Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders for incident resolution and network changes. - Monitor network performance and ensure availability, stability, and compliance with operational standards. - Maintain documentation for network configurations, incidents, changes, and operational procedures. - Support L2/L3 troubleshooting for wireless and network-related incidents.
