**Basic/ Essential Qualifications:** **Mandatory Skills & Experience** - Strong experience in data entitlement models and access control, including policybased authorization. - Handson experience with KDB+/q or equivalent timeseries / highperformance data platforms. - Solid data engineering fundamentals and understanding of lowlatency system design. - Experience working in regulated environments, with strong awareness of data licensing and audit requirements. - Ability to design and enforce entitlements across heterogeneous data sources (onprem, cloud, vendor data). - Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technology, front office, risk, and security. **Desirable skillsets/ good to have:** - Experience with AIaware entitlements, including enforcing access prior to AI/LLM consumption. - Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP), context engineering, or entitlementaware AI pipelines. - Cloud security knowledge (IAM concepts, secure APIs, servicetoservice auth). - Experience migrating entitlements from legacy IAM or bespoke systems. - Markets domain knowledge (trade books, trader mapping, pricing/analytics data). - Engineers who enjoy deep technical ownership in data security and platform integrity. - Candidates are comfortable operating between engineering, governance, and business stakeholders. - Professionals excited by AIready data platforms where entitlements are missioncritical, not an afterthought. This role will be based out of Pune.
