Key Account Executive - ABG Ecosystem

**Role & Responsibilities** - Drive customer acquisition through the Aditya Birla Group (ABG) ecosystem by identifying and leveraging business opportunities across group companies. - Design and execute acquisition and engagement campaigns to generate quality leads and increase brand visibility. - Build and manage a robust pipeline of prospects for Trading and Demat account acquisition. - Convert leads into active customers through effective relationship management and follow-ups. - Drive account activation and enhance customer participation in trading and investment products. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders across ABG entities to maximize cross-selling and customer acquisition opportunities. - Monitor campaign performance, lead conversion, account activation, and revenue metrics through regular MIS and reporting. - Identify market opportunities and recommend initiatives to improve acquisition efficiency, customer engagement, and business growth. - Ensure achievement of business targets related to lead generation, account opening, activation, and revenue contribution. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-8 years of experience in customer acquisition, sales, relationship management, or business development within Financial Services, Broking, Banking, Wealth Management, or FinTech sectors. - Strong experience in lead generation, customer conversion, and account activation. - Proven ability to manage campaigns, partnerships, and stakeholder relationships. - Good understanding of Capital Markets, Trading, Investment Products, and Demat Accounts. - Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. - Data-driven mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and campaign analytics. - Self-driven, target-oriented professional with strong execution capabilities. - Experience in ecosystem partnerships, channel sales, or group company collaborations will be an added advantage.
