Key Account Director (KAD) is responsible for overall portfolio performance, client satisfaction, financial management, operational excellence and strategic growth.   Lead end-to-end property management operations across a 17 million sq. ft. portfolio by ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, technical reliability, statutory compliance, client relationship management and large team management also ensuring business profitability.   1.Strategic Account Management   • Act as the single point of contact for the client. • Develop long-term account strategies aligned with client objectives. • Achieve contractual KPIs, SLAs and governance requirements. • Drive client retention, contract renewals and business expansion. • undefined2.Property Operations Oversee operations across multiple commercial assets.Standardize operational processes across all sites.Monitor service delivery quality through regular audits.Lead business continuity and emergency preparedness programs.undefined3. Technical Services (MEP) Ensure reliability of Electrical, HVAC, DG, Fire & Life Safety, Plumbing, STP/WTP, Elevators, BMS, and ELV systems.Review preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.Improve equipment uptime and asset lifecycle.Lead energy optimization and sustainability initiatives.Review major CAPEX projects and technical upgrades.undefined4.
