Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Dealers training on regular basis about order and inventory management portal on SFDC. - Ensure teams adherence to sales governance & compliance processes. - Regular follow-up with internal stakeholders such as 3IN1, Marketing, ARU and COE team to get the work done. - To keep an eye on website glitches, monitoring SKUs visibility on Bajaj Mall. - To publish and analyze MIS on daily basis. - Delivering on number targets (Orders, LANs, Cancellations, PDP Funnel) **Preferred candidate profile** a) Qualifications MBA / Bachelors with a minimum 4-5 years of Sales experience b) Work Experience - Graduation with 6-8 years of and MBA with 4-5 years of relevant experience - Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment - People & Relationship Management skills - Ecom industry knowledge
