DESCRIPTION:This role is to handle the Sales and Commercial activities into Electron Microscopy business in Key Industrial, Research, Academic and High End Analytical markets within Thermo Fisher Scientific India. Join our collaborative team as a Key Account Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll develop strategic partnerships and guide revenue growth across our portfolio of innovative scientific solutions into Electron Microscopy and XPS business. This role combines strategic account management, focusing on developing and implementing key account strategies while building strong relationships with stakeholders. You'll support a team of account managers, ensuring alignment between local strategies and global plans while growing business through portfolio expansion and new business development.What you will do:Drive sales and commercial activities in the Electron Microscopy business across Industrial, Research, Academic and High End Analytical marketsHandle large corporate, Industrial, Institutional as well as Government customers and accountsDrive top notch professional relationships with Key Market leaders and Opinion leaders operating in the High end Research domainDrive business activities across cross functions like service, Sales, Finance, Product Management REQUIREMENTSHow you will get here:Scientific/Technical Graduation degree preferable MSc-Science/B.Tech in core engineering streams such as Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical engineering. MBA/Business Management degree shall be an added advantageRelevant Industrial experience of more than 16+ yearsProven track record of handling large corporate customers, Industrial and Institutional as well as Government customers and accountsExperience of handling a decent size of BusinessDemonstrated ability to be a team player and individual as well as Team contributorAbility to drive business activities across cross functionsBusiness planning and strategic analysis capabilitiesStrong relationship-building and negotiation skills at senior stakeholder levelsExperience with CRM systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital business toolsProject management and organizational skillsWritten and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to collaborate in a matrix organization and guide cross-functional initiativesExperience meeting or exceeding sales targetsAdvanced English language proficiency required; additional languages beneficialTravel required More than 70% of the time across IndiaExperience working in a global organization with a decentralized model preferred Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll utilize our comprehensive product portfolio to establish Thermo Fisher Scientific as the supplier of choice.
