**Must Have Technical/Functional Skills** Kinaxis RapidResponse (or Maestro), ITIL,**Supply Chain Planning processes** (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP), Data Integration, SQL , problem-solving and analytical skills **Roles & Responsibilities** We are seeking an experienced **Kinaxis Consultant** with deep expertise in **Kinaxis RapidResponse (RR)** to join our supply chain transformation team. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in supply chain planning and hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and optimization of Kinaxis solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end **Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations**, enhancements, and support activities. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into **Kinaxis solutions and configurations**. - Design and implement **Supply Chain Planning solutions** including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP. - Configure and customize **Kinaxis data models, control sets, worksheets, dashboards, and reports**. - Develop and maintain data integrations between Kinaxis and external systems (ERP, APS, etc.). - Perform **data validation, testing (UAT), and deployment support**. - Troubleshoot performance issues and provide timely resolution. - Provide functional and technical leadership to project teams. - Mentor junior consultants and guide best practices for Kinaxis implementations. - Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. **Preferred Qualifications** - Kinaxis RapidResponse Certification (preferred). - Experience in industries such as **Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or FMCG**. - Exposure to large-scale **digital supply chain transformation programs**. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
