**Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioural Competency)** **Must-Have** - **System Administration:** Install, configure, and manage Kofax/Topcall Communication Server (KCS) environments, including line servers, message broadcasting systems, and message routing queues. - **Integration & Development:** Integrate fax, SMS, email, and voice communications with enterprise platforms like SAP, Microsoft Exchange, or CRM systems using TC/LINK modules. - **Automation Workflows:** Design document-intensive workflows that securely and automatically capture, process, and distribute high-volume faxes and digital documents. - **Maintenance & Troubleshooting:** Troubleshoot transmission errors, protocol issues (e.g., FoIP, T.30/T.38), and client application errors. Monitor server performance and handle system backups **Good-to-Have** - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Brilliant written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work in a dynamic environment. - Great time and stress management skills. - Ability to work in a team with great organizational skills. **Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role** 1 Hands-on experience with Kofax Communication Server (KCS), TCOSS, TC/Web, and TC/LINK. 2 Strong understanding of fax and voice technologies, VoIP (Voice over IP), and unified communications. 3 Experience with SQL Server or Oracle for managing messaging databases and reports 4 Reporting & Analytics 5 System Configuration & Security 6 Workflow Administration
