**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, cold calling, and networking. - Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase policy renewals and upsell/cross-sell insurance products. - Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions for their insurance requirements. - Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the company while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. **Job Requirements :** - 2-8 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the insurance industry. - Strong understanding of various types of insurance policies (e.g., life, health, property) and ability to communicate effectively about them. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
