We believe that your skills and expertise are a better match for the skills we are looking for. **If you are interested in the Drive and to know more about it and the skills, kindly share your updated resume to m.ankitha@tcs.com.** Skill: Kronos **(Face to Face)** Years of experience: 5 **to 12 Years** Location: **Bangalore** Date:27-Jun **-2026 (Saturday)** Drive Time: **9AM to 1:00 PM** JD : **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - 5–15 years of experience in **Kronos / UKG (WFC / Dimensions)** - Strong knowledge of **Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence Management** - Experience in **configuration of pay rules, accruals, and shifts** - Good understanding of **workforce processes and labor compliance** - Experience in handling **interfaces and integrations** - Strong problem-solving and communication skills **Nice to Have:** - Experience with **UKG Dimensions (Cloud)** - Knowledge of **API integrations and middleware tools** - Exposure to **payroll systems integrations** - Kronos/UKG certification
