**Job Title:** L&D Instructional Designer **Location:** Hyderabad **Duration:** 12-Month Contract to Hire(Extendable based on performance) **Shift:** 2:30 PM 11:30 PM IST **Joining:** Immediate Joiners Preferred **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced **L&D Instructional Designer** to design and develop engaging learning solutions for operational, regulatory, and compliance-focused training programs. The role involves close collaboration with U.S.-based business leaders and subject matter experts to create impactful learning content, assessments, and training materials. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze training needs and performance gaps. - Design learning objectives, curriculum, and training content. - Develop engaging learning materials using PowerPoint and LMS platforms. - Incorporate gamification, knowledge checks, and assessments into learning programs. - Measure and evaluate training effectiveness. - Partner closely with U.S. stakeholders and SMEs on large-scale projects. - Support training facilitation when required. **Required Skills:** - 3+ years of Instructional Design experience in an enterprise environment. - Strong experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Advanced PowerPoint and MS Office Suite skills. - Experience creating learning and development content. - Familiarity with AI tools for content creation. - Knowledge of gamification and learning assessments. - Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management. - Experience developing operations, compliance, or regulatory training content. - Facilitation or training delivery experience. **Note:** This role offers significant exposure to U.S. stakeholders and potential long-term growth opportunities as the function expands in India.
