**Job Requirements** **Role Overview** Titan is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **L&D Coordinator (L&D)** to support the planning, execution, and administration of learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination of training programs, strong stakeholder engagement, and accurate learning operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, hands-on experience in L&D operations, and the ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced corporate environment. **Key Responsibilities** **Training Coordination & Operations** - Coordinate end-to-end execution of learning programs (classroom, virtual, blended). - Manage training calendars, nominations, attendance, and logistics. - Support faculty coordination (internal and external trainers). **Learning Administration** - Maintain accurate training records, MIS, and dashboards. - Update learning data on LMS and ensure compliance with reporting standards. - Track training effectiveness, feedback, and completion metrics. **Stakeholder Management** - Liaise with business teams, HR partners, and vendors to ensure smooth program delivery. - Respond to participant and stakeholder queries related to learning programs. **Vendor & Budget Support** - Assist in vendor onboarding, coordination, and invoice processing. - Support budget tracking and cost optimization for L&D initiatives. **Process Improvement** - Support standardization of L&D processes and documentation. - Identify opportunities to improve training coordination efficiency and learner experience. **Work Experience** **Key Skills & Competencies** - Strong coordination and execution skills - High attention to detail and follow-through - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and LMS platforms - Good communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously - Structured, organized, and solution-oriented mindset **Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field - 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development coordination or HR operations - Prior exposure to corporate L&D environments is preferred
