**TCS is hiring for L1 Team Member role.** **Shift- 24/7 Rotational** **Job Description-** - Should be working from office in any of the 24x7 shifts. - Monitor critical real time dashboards and proactive reporting of any abnormalities AWS and Dynatrace dashboards. - Collobrate with L2 team to resolve applications issues/ downtime. - Awareness of generative AI tools like copilot, Gemeni, chat GPT etc. - Email Writing Skills and Business Communication skills. - Experience on initiating bridge calls for severe production issues - Basic understanding of travel and hospatility domains.
