Job Opportunity – L2 Technical Support Engineer | Fiserv Client: Fiserv Role: L2 Technical Support Engineer Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Joining: On or before 27th July (Immediate Joiners Preferred) CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA Job Overview Fiserv is hiring experienced L2 Technical Support Engineers to provide technical troubleshooting and customer support for enterprise applications and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong technical support experience, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in rotational shifts. Key Responsibilities • Provide L2 technical support and troubleshoot customer issues. • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical incidents within defined SLAs. • Handle customer queries through phone, email, and ticketing systems. • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when required. • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps. • Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to support processes. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution. Required Skills • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Technical Support, IT Support, Application Support, Product Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk. • Candidates from Customer Support/International Voice Process may also be considered if they possess excellent (C1-level) English communication skills and strong troubleshooting ability. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience working with ticketing tools and incident management processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle high-priority issues. Eligibility Criteria • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience . • Must be available to join by 27th July . • Willing to work in rotational shifts , including night shifts if required.
