Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: 5 years (Engineer II) or 8+ years (Senior/Infrastructure) of relevant IT experience. Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba, Citrix NetScaler, and SD-WAN technologies. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Tools: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow. Voice/Video: Knowledge of telephony systems (VoIP, SIP) and Genesys CX is sometimes required. Should be well versed with Github & Python/Ansible any other programming language Experience with InfoBlox DNS/DHCP management.
