Job description

**Preferred candidate profile** MD Pathology with the required laboratory experience and credentials. 10+ years of relevant experience . Prior experience managing both the medical and administrative aspects of laboratory operations. Strong understanding of laboratory quality systems, reporting, accreditation, compliance, and clinical governance . Proven experience handling complex laboratory problems, quality incidents, audits, and corrective actions. Strong analytical ability and willingness to investigate issues in depth rather than only reviewing or signing reports. Able to lead senior doctors, laboratory managers, and technical teams across locations. Strong judgement, communication, people management, and decision-making skills . Comfortable working with operations, technology, customer service, finance, procurement, and senior management .
