**Job Summary** **JOB DESCRIPTION** The Lab Technician will support Senior Technicians in board bring-up activities and shipment packing. The candidate will work closely with Senior Technicians, and the Test & Tune Manager on various tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: **Key Responsibilities** - Support the testing and tuning of headboards, demo boards, adapter boards, and use-case demo platforms. - Deliver demo board testing and tuning activities in accordance with documented procedures and weekly plans. - Ensure demo board builds meet ON Semiconductor quality specifications. - Read, understand, and implement Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to board rework. - Assist the Lab Manager in maintaining the laboratory and managing raw material inventory. - Support daily lab operations, equipment maintenance, and compliance with laboratory safety requirements. - Assist with packing and preparing shipments as required. **Responsibilities** **Desired Knowledge and Skills** - Knowledge of PCB and PCA assembly process flows; board assembly knowledge is highly desirable. - Hands-on experience with board bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting. - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude. - Quick learner with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. **Qualifications** - Diploma in Electronics or a related field. **Qualifications** **Preferred Competencies** - Knowledge of production, quality, and maintenance processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good organizational and teamwork abilities. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality. **About Us** **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
