LabWare LIMS Consultant / Specialist

**Must Have Technical/Functional Skills** LabWare LIMS, ITIL, System validation and compliance,SQL , **Roles & Responsibilities** We are looking for an experienced **LabWare LIMS Consultant** with strong expertise in **Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)** to support implementation, integration, and optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with **LabWare LIMS configuration, customization, and support**, along with strong domain knowledge in laboratory and quality processes. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and support **end-to-end LabWare LIMS implementations**, upgrades, and enhancements. - Gather and analyze business requirements from laboratory stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Configure and customize **LabWare LIMS modules**, including workflows, screens, templates, and reports. - Design and develop **LIMS Basic scripts, SQL queries, and integrations**. - Integrate LabWare LIMS with enterprise systems such as **ERP, MES, ELN, and instruments**. - Perform **system validation, testing (IQ/OQ/PQ), and documentation** in compliance with regulatory standards. - Provide production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Ensure compliance with **GxP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements**. - Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA/QC, IT, and business stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices. **Preferred Qualifications** - LabWare LIMS Certification (preferred). - Experience in **Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, CRO, or Manufacturing industries**. - Exposure to **cloud-based LIMS solutions**. - Knowledge of **other LIMS platforms (Thermo Fisher SampleManager, STARLIMS, etc.)** is a plus.
