**Job Role: Lan Wireless** SME Experience:8-12 years Location: Chennai **Key Responsibilities** - 6+ years of experience in enterprise wireless networking. - strong expertise in Cisco wireless solutions. - in-depth knowledge of RF design, controllers, access points, roaming, and wireless security. - Design, deploy, and support Cisco wireless networks - perform RF surveys and capacity planning - manage WLCs and APs - troubleshoot wireless issues - optimize performance and security - document designs and SOPs; mentor support teams. **Certifications** CCNP Enterprise (Wireless), Cisco Wireless Specialist, CCIE Wireless (preferred)
