Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **- MIS** - Develop, maintain, and automate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Google Sheets. - Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from cross-functional departments to ensure accurate reporting and support management decision-making. - Prepare project progress, financial, compliance, legal, land acquisition, and performance reports with actionable insights and executive presentations. - Maintain master databases, documentation, version control, and data integrity while supporting internal and external audits. - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to streamline reporting processes, improve MIS efficiency through automation, and ensure timely submission of accurate business reports. **Role & responsibilities** **- Legal** - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, lease agreements, MoUs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and other legal documents while ensuring contractual compliance and minimizing legal risks. - Handle litigation matters across civil, criminal, arbitration, IBC, consumer, and Section 138 NI Act cases by coordinating with external counsel, preparing legal documentation, and driving dispute resolution strategies. - Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisitions, leases, M&A transactions, and real estate projects, including title verification, regulatory approvals, and risk assessment. - Advise management on corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, governance frameworks, policy drafting, and statutory obligations to support business operations and strategic decision-making. - Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to manage legal compliance, strengthen legal operations, implement risk mitigation measures, and maintain litigation MIS and legal governance systems. **Note:** The positions are on an **off-roll, part-time, contractual basis**.
