Job Description: As a LCNC Lead, you will oversee a team of LCNC Engineers, guiding them in the development of low-code/no-code applications. Your role includes setting project goals, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and managing timelines. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and provide mentorship to junior engineers. Strong leadership and project management skills are required. Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of complex LCNC solutions, Oversee LCNC project management and execution, Mentor junior LCNC engineers, Ensure LCNC solutions align with organizational goals, Provide strategic guidance on LCNC technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering 5-8 years
