The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in building multi-agent systems using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and the AWS Agentic AI ecosystem, including Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker. - **Role: Lead Agentic AI Engineer** - **Location: Pune** - **Experience: 8-12 Years** - **Job Type: Full-Time Employment** **What You'll Do:** - Define the technical vision, architecture standards, and best practices for Agentic AI solutions. - Design and implement enterprise-scale multi-agent systems using Google ADK and AWS Agentic AI services. - Architect intelligent AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous workflows for complex business use cases. - Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, technical assessments, and solution architecture discussions. - Actively participate in pre-sales activities, RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical presentations. - Present Agentic AI strategies, architectures, and business value propositions to executive stakeholders. - Build scalable AI solutions leveraging AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, and LLM-powered ecosystems. - Drive architecture reviews, technology evaluations, and platform selection decisions. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI solutions. - Establish engineering standards, governance frameworks, and reusable accelerators for AI implementations. - Mentor, coach, and develop AI engineers, architects, and technical consultants. - Guide teams in building robust, scalable, secure, and production-ready AI systems. - Evaluate emerging Agentic AI platforms, frameworks, and technologies to ensure organizational competitiveness. - Support practice growth through thought leadership, innovation, and solution development initiatives. - Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, governance, reliability, and scalability. **Expertise You'll Bring:** - 8-12 years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Application Development. - Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale AI and distributed systems. - Deep expertise in Agentic AI architectures, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems. - Hands-on experience with Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) - AWS Bedrock - AWS AgentCore - AWS SageMaker - Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and workflow automation. - Experience designing AI-powered copilots, assistants, enterprise automation solutions, and intelligent agents. - Expertise in Python development and modern AI engineering frameworks. - Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Knowledge Graphs, and Enterprise Search. - Experience integrating AI agents with APIs, databases, cloud services, and enterprise applications. - Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and scalable AI deployment patterns. - Proven experience leading technical pre-sales engagements and customer-facing architecture discussions. - Strong consulting background with the ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions. - Experience preparing technical proposals, estimation models, and architecture blueprints. - Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Ability to build trust and influence technical and business decision-makers. - Strong mentoring, coaching, and people leadership capabilities. - Passion for innovation and staying ahead of advancements in the rapidly evolving Agentic AI landscape. **Benefits:** - Competitive salary and benefits package - Culture focused on talent development with quarterly growth opportunities and company-sponsored higher education and certifications - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies - Employee engagement initiatives such as project parties, flexible work hours, and Long Service awards - Annual health check-ups - Insurance coverage: group term life, personal accident, and Mediclaim hospitalization for self, spouse, two children, and parents **Values-Driven, People-Centric & Inclusive Work Environment:** Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
