Once established with product owner, own the execution of tracking and reporting of KPIs, success measures, and value realization metrics. Monitor and analyze performance metrics across the product portfolio to assess product health, adoption, business value, operational effectiveness, and delivery outcomes. Use Power BI and self-service tools to configure reporting and dashboards to track metrics such as value realization, user adoption, NPS, product quality, end-user experience, throughput, delivery predictability, and operational performance. Engage with data engineers as needed to execute where data ingestion and development is nee Identify trends, risks, improvement opportunities, and actionable insights to support continuous product improvement and informed decision making. Support Product Owners in measuring the effectiveness and business impact of product enhancements, releases, and transformation initiatives. Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to inform roadmap prioritization through performance data and customer insights. **Communications & Product Storytelling** Support development of communications that amplify product success stories, business value, adoption outcomes, and transformation progress. Help product teams create clear, trust-building communications related to product evolution, enhancements, transitions, or sunsets. Shape consistent, associate-centric messaging that connects product capabilities to business outcomes and user needs. Create presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-ready reporting materials for leadership and stakeholder communications. Support awareness and understanding of product roadmaps, capabilities, and value delivery across the organization. Enable product leadership with scalable communication content, reporting templates, and storytelling toolkits. **Portfolio Operations & Continuous Improvement** Support portfolio management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across the product organization. Assist with portfolio reporting, governance activities, roadmap tracking, and leadership updates. Promote data-driven decision making and measurement consistency across product lines. Help standardize reporting processes, KPI definitions, and performance measurement practices across teams.
