Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next. **Overview** This role will collaborate with different D&T, Business and Hub teams to analyze requirements and deliver performant, resilient technical strategies and architecture that meet current and future needs. This role will also partner with COE/GPE’s across NAR, PET and International business segments to enhance Planning Product team services, including OMP and other supply chain planning solutions, for leads in India and US. **Key Accountabilities** - Lead end-to-end issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and escalation management across OMP (OPR, FCT, IO), ensuring seamless integration with SAP, GCP, and other enterprise systems. - Provide technical leadership for change requests, solution design, testing, cutover, and deployments, ensuring alignment with business requirements, architectural standards, and non-functional requirements while mitigating technical risks. - Lead OMP PAK deployment activities, define testing strategies, monitor execution, and ensure successful, timely releases. - Collaborate with OMP, SAP, GCP, Terra, and other platform teams to strengthen release management, knowledge management, and cross-functional delivery across Supply Planning. - Drive operational excellence by overseeing ServiceNow performance, supporting production and off-hour rotations, and implementing sustainable process improvements across D&T practices (e.g., ITSM, CI, ADO, Glean). - Identify and implement opportunities to improve system utilization, innovation, and the long-term sustainability of the OMP ecosystem and related technologies. - Mentor and provide technical leadership to developers, analysts, and Plan Product team members while fostering collaboration and engineering excellence. **Minimum Qualifications** - Full-Time graduation from an accredited university. - 3+ Years hands on OMP experience with preferred experience across any of these – OPR, IO, FCT & S&OP modules. Integration across SAP, Non-SAP systems. - Good understanding of master data and transactional data required for SAP ECC and Planning Tools (APO/OMP etc.) - Ability to convert business requirements and challenges in Supply Chain into technical solutions and lead implementation. - Self-starter with experience leading through ambiguous projects & tasks. - Ability to work with and manage stakeholders at various levels within the organization. - Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines. - Strong communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders (understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions), IT teams, and external vendors. **Preferred Qualifications** - 10+ years of related experience in Supply chain Planning system. - Understanding of full Planning processes - from forecast creation to finite scheduling & MRP. - Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. - Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills. - Experience with agile techniques and methods - An analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, employing innovative approaches to business and technical challenges. - Structured and self-disciplined approach to working – can work on own initiative **ELIGIBILITY** Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
